Meet Our Team
The friendly faces behind Baldwin Oaks who work hard to make your camping experience memorable

Dan Bazan
Owner
Whether you know him as “Mr. Dan” or as “Go-Blue Grandpa”, you know that everyone loves Dan Bazan. Dan purchased Baldwin Oaks in 2016 and has thoughtfully cared for it everyday since. Dan isn’t around every day anymore but will always be there to keep Baldwin Oaks family first.

Adrian Finkenbinder
Manager
Adrian Finkenbinder is the guy you may see digging a hole or scheduling your site or calling a Bingo game… depending on when you see him. Adrian has been married to Dan’s daughter Kelli since 2007 and has been managing the campground for the last few years. If you need help, Adrian is your first stop.

Holle Dawson
Host
Holle and Wally Dawson are the host family at Baldwin Oaks and happen to be the best host family at any campground anywhere. Holle is the reason the events look so festive and thoughtful, a talent that grows from her unmatched kindness. If you have camping questions, Hollie is a great resource.

Wally Dawson
Host
Wally is the campground dad, in every sense of the word. Everything Wally does keeps Baldwin Oaks feeling like the happiest place for everyone’s family but don’t be surprised if he gets you with a squirt gun after directing you to your site.
Laura
Promoted Camper
Laura, the best camper ever. She has been part of Baldwin Oaks for years, first as a camper and now as part of the staff. Laura participates in all the games and activities as well as keeping our campground looking fresh and friendly. She’s also great at making cotton candy.

Kelli & Kim
Host
Kelli Finkenbinder is Dan’s oldest daughter and is around the campground a lot, either helping out or just being part of the family. Ottawa County Deputy Kim Saechao is Dan’s youngest daughter and has worked at the campground for years, helping with chapels and activities as well as helping with all the less glamorous parts of the campground upkeep. Dan’s daughters are the “next generation” of the campground, keeping the Bazan family tradition here to stay.
